Led by owner and board-certified nurse practitioner Shea Nielsen, MSN, NP-C, our team includes nurse practitioners, registered nurses, medical master aestheticians, and client specialists trained to provide personalized aesthetic and wellness care.

Shea Nielsen,
MSN, NP-C
Spanish Fork Med Spa Owner
Naomi “Shea” Nielsen, MSN, NP-C, is the proud owner and founder of Revival Aesthetics & Wellness. A board-certified nurse practitioner, Shea launched Revival in 2019 and, within two years, grew it into a thriving brick-and-mortar clinic dedicated to blending aesthetics, wellness, and regenerative medicine.
Shea brings more than 20 years of medical experience to her patients. She spent 10 years as a registered nurse working in trauma, plastic surgery, and intensive care before advancing her career as a nurse practitioner in neurosurgery, where she practiced for six years. In 2021, Shea left neurosurgery to devote her full attention to Revival.
Beyond her clinical expertise, Shea has led humanitarian efforts abroad, serving as Director of Surgical Services in Ghana and Kenya—an experience that deeply shaped her commitment to improving lives through medical innovation.
At Revival, Shea and her team stay focused on advanced technologies, thoughtful techniques, and personalized treatment plans designed to help patients look and feel their best. Above all, Shea believes patient experience matters. Her goal is for every patient to leave feeling more confident, restored, and empowered.

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
Alyssa is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a background that blends aesthetics and advanced medical care. She began her career in the beauty industry, where she developed a love for helping people feel confident and cared for.
Wanting to make an even deeper impact, she spent more than a decade as a registered nurse in the Newborn ICU and with the Intermountain Life Flight Children’s Service Team. Supporting the most fragile patients gave her the precision, steadiness, and detail-oriented approach that now sets her apart in aesthetics and wellness.
Today, Alyssa specializes in medical weight loss, hormone therapy, and injectable aesthetics—combining medical expertise with her passion for helping patients look and feel their best.

Registered Nurse
Carly is a registered nurse who has been with Revival Aesthetics & Wellness since 2022. Nursing has been her passion for the past 14 years, with 12 of those years spent in the fast-paced world of emergency medicine.
From there, she felt called to support patients on a deeper level, which led her into addiction recovery and eventually aesthetics. For the last six years, she has loved blending her medical background with her passion for helping people feel confident, healthy, and cared for.
At Revival, Carly specializes in hormone therapy, aesthetic injections, and medical weight loss. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their wellness journey.

Registered Nurse
Gracie is a registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a background in cardiovascular care. She spent several years working in hospital-based nursing, building a strong foundation in patient-centered care and clinical experience.
She has always had a passion for health and wellness, with a focus on regenerative practices that support the body’s natural ability to heal and restore. Gracie is committed to helping people look and feel their best through aesthetic and integrative medicine.

Ryan has been part of Revival since the day the doors opened. Known as our CoolSculpting Queen, she brings extensive body-contouring expertise while also excelling in advanced skincare.
Her approach goes beyond treatments and products. Ryan focuses on helping clients feel more confident inside and out, building lasting connections through warmth, skill, and dedicated care.

Rylee specializes in advanced, results-driven skin treatments including microneedling, dermaplaning, Acne Bootcamp, and chemical peels. She is Revival’s go-to expert for technologies including Opus and ClearLift.
Her love for aesthetics comes from a desire to help clients feel confident in their own skin. She takes pride in tailoring each treatment to the individual and continually finding new inspiration through travel and time outdoors.

Medical Master Aesthetician
Jane is a licensed medical aesthetician with a passion for helping others achieve clear, healthy, confident skin. Having personally struggled with acne, she brings both expertise and empathy to treatments for acne-prone skin.
Her services include chemical peels, Opus, laser hair removal, DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, lash lifts and brows, and spray tans. Jane takes pride in creating customized plans that deliver visible results while keeping every client comfortable and cared for.
