Naomi “Shea” Nielsen, MSN, NP-C, is the proud owner and founder of Revival Aesthetics & Wellness. A board-certified nurse practitioner, Shea launched Revival in 2019 and, within two years, grew it into a thriving brick-and-mortar clinic dedicated to blending aesthetics, wellness, and regenerative medicine.
Shea brings over 20 years of medical experience to her patients. She spent 10 years as a Registered Nurse working in trauma, plastic surgery, and intensive care, before advancing her career as a Nurse Practitioner in Neurosurgery, where she practiced for six years. In 2021, Shea made the decision to leave neurosurgery and devote her full attention to Revival Aesthetics & Wellness, where her passion for aesthetics, wellness, and patient care could fully flourish. Beyond her clinical expertise, Shea has also led humanitarian efforts abroad, serving as Director of Surgical Services in Ghana and Kenya—an experience that deeply shaped her commitment to improving lives through medical innovation.
At Revival, Shea and her team are passionate about staying on the cutting edge of aesthetics and wellness. With a strong focus on regenerative medicine, they continually seek out the most advanced technologies and techniques to deliver real, lasting results. From state-of-the-art devices to personalized treatment plans, every detail is designed to help patients look and feel their best—inside and out.

ALYSSA ELLSWORTH, MSN, NP-C
Alyssa is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a background that blends aesthetics and advanced medical care. She began her career in the beauty industry, where she developed a love for helping people feel confident and cared for. Wanting to make an even deeper impact, she went on to spend more than a decade as a Registered Nurse in the Newborn ICU and with the Intermountain Life Flight Children’s Service Team. Supporting the most fragile patients gave her precision, steadiness, and a detail-oriented approach that now set her apart in aesthetics and wellness.
Today, Alyssa specializes in medical weight loss, hormone therapy, and injectable aesthetics—combining her medical expertise with her passion for helping patients look and feel their best.
CARLY BYLUND, RN
Carly is a registered nurse who has been with Revival Aesthetics & Wellness since 2022. Nursing has been her passion for the past 14 years, with 12 of those years spent in the fast-paced world of emergency medicine. From there, she felt called to support patients on a deeper level, which led her into addiction recovery and, eventually, the field of aesthetics. For the last six years, she has loved blending her medical background with her passion for helping people feel confident, healthy, and cared for.
At Revival, Carly specializes in hormone therapy, aesthetic injections, and medical weight loss. What she enjoys most is building genuine connections with her patients. Her goal is always to create a safe, supportive space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their journey to wellness — both inside and out.
GRACIE SORENSEN, BSN, RN
Gracie is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a background in cardiovascular care. She spent several years working in hospital-based nursing, building a strong foundation in patient-centered care and clinical experience. She has always had a passion for health and wellness, with a focus on regenerative practices that support the body’s natural ability to heal and restore. Gracie is committed to helping people look and feel their best through aesthetic and integrative medicine.

Ryan is the Lead Master Aesthetician at Revival Aesthetics & Wellness and has been part of the team since the day the doors opened. Known as our CoolSculpting Queen, Ryan brings unmatched expertise in body contouring while also excelling in advanced skincare. She is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin and loves building lasting connections with everyone she works with.
With years of experience, Ryan’s approach to aesthetics goes beyond treatments and products—she focuses on helping clients feel more confident in themselves, both inside and out. Her warm personality, skill, and dedication make her an invaluable part of our team and a trusted provider to our clients.
RYLEE BAINTER
Master Aesthetician
Rylee is a Master Aesthetician at Revival Aesthetics & Wellness and a specialist in advanced skin treatments. She has a passion for delivering results-driven care and is highly skilled in treatments such as microneedling, dermaplaning, acne bootcamp and chemical peels. Rylee is especially known as our go-to expert for cutting-edge technologies, including Opus and ClearLift, where she helps patients achieve transformative skin rejuvenation.
Her love for aesthetics stems from a deep desire to help clients feel confident in their own skin, and she takes pride in customizing each treatment to individual needs. Outside of the treatment room, Rylee enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling, always finding inspiration to bring back to her work.
JANE STEPHERSON
Medical Master Aesthetician
Jane is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician at Revival Aesthetics & Wellness with a strong passion for helping others achieve clear, healthy, and confident skin. Having personally struggled with acne, she brings both expertise and empathy to her work, specializing in microneedling and treatments tailored to acne-prone skin.
Jane offers a wide range of services, including chemical peels, Opus, laser hair removal, DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, lash lifts and brows, and spray tans. She takes pride in creating customized treatment plans that deliver real, noticeable results while ensuring each client feels comfortable and cared for throughout their experience.

Jayda is a Licensed Master Aesthetician with a passion for all things skincare. She loves helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin and is dedicated to creating treatments that leave clients glowing inside and out.
